Responsibilities

• Ensure daily checks on the Platform and raise incidents appropriately.
• Provide technical support to the business.
• Manage helpdesk tickets using ITSM tools.
• Participate in audit and compliance requests.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Attention to detail

Ability to manage high volume workload

Familiarity with NoSQL technologies

Understanding of Insurance operations

Ability to understand code, Python and bash

Familiarity with Git and GitHub
