What you will do

• Architect and scale a high-performance compute platform using Terraform and Kubernetes while optimizing infrastructure costs and performance.
• Lead production reliability by defining monitoring, alerting, and incident response processes to ensure maximum system uptime and stability.
• Develop internal tooling and automation to improve developer productivity and accelerate the company’s core engineering velocity.

The ideal candidate

• At least 3 years of experience in platform or software engineering with a proven track record of operating production systems on AWS.
• Strong technical foundation in production-quality coding, systems programming, and modern observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog.
• Entrepreneurial self-drive with experience managing infrastructure costs and a bias for action when solving complex, ambiguous technical problems.
