A leading housing maintenance company in the East Midlands is seeking a Plasterer to work on social housing properties in Derby. The ideal candidate will have experience in plastering and must be skilled in various techniques. This is a temporary position offering £18 per hour for full-time hours, Monday to Friday. Candidates should have their own tools and preferably a CSCS card.

Job Title: Plasterer (Social Housing) — Location: Derby — Rate: £18 per hour — Hours: 37 hours per week — Schedule: Monday to Friday — Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing

Responsibilities

• Carry out a range of plastering work in tenanted social housing properties in the Derby area.
• Competent in all types of plaster finishes.
• Work in occupied properties with a professional and respectful approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in social housing (tenanted properties)
• Skilled in all aspects of plastering, including patch work, full skims, and all finishing types
• Ability to work independently and to a high standard
• Good communication skills and customer service awareness
• Own tools and transport preferred
• CSCS card (desirable)
