A dynamic property maintenance company in Blyth is seeking an experienced Plasterer to deliver outstanding service in social housing projects. The ideal candidate will have a trade background and possibly an NVQ level 2 qualification in plastering. Responsibilities include managing your own workload, working closely with a team of tradespeople, and adhering to health and safety standards. About You Candidates will be highly experienced in this role, and preferably hold a qualification, such as an NVQ level 2 in Plastering, or equivalent but your experience is much more important to be able to hit the ground running and provide a great service and finished product for our customers.
What is equally as important is the ability to take responsibility to ensure tasks are completed and the willingness to work in and as a team to deliver a great service. You will work very closely in a team environment with other trades people to complete the projects. We have exciting growth plans and want people who are equally as ambitious as we are.
This role offers a fleet vehicle shared amongst the team of trades colleagues, if you have a driving license, based on your home location, you may be allocated the vehicle but will be required to meet other colleagues at a pick up points to get to the site location daily.

Based on a Social Housing Tenanted property on a Planned Refurbishment contract, your role will be varied, and customer focused, surrounded by like-minded teammates who work together to ensure an excellent service.
The role will work alongside a team who are fitting Kitchen's and Bathroom's working over a 6 month programme, alongside the K & B programme you may be required to support other planned refurbishments within the building. In this role, you'll get to see the impact your skills have on the people and communities you work with every day; and all whilst working in a secure, inclusive, and caring environment.
