Plant Supervisor

MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Plant Supervisor to work for a major Waste Management business with a site in Rainham, Essex.

Reporting to the Site manager you will work at 42.5 hour week team leading daily operations of road sweeping plant.

As a Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising the daily operations of teams operating Road Sweeping plant
• Ensure shift personnel perform duties efficiently
• Managing waste flows 7 traffic management systems
• Prepare & submit monthly reports
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• Previous supervisory experience in an operational environment
• A waste management or industrial background
• Self-motivation with team leadership experience
• IOSH or other safety certification
• Full UK driving licence
