We are looking for a talented and ambitious individual to come and join our office of CIO in Technology as a Planning & Performance Coordinator. In this bespoke role, you will be helping technology as a department be well planned and in control. You will be responsible for and provide support in the ownership of planning and assurance services and activities to help every element of Technology.

In this 12-month secondment role, you will be primarily tasked with leading on our Planning & performance activities to help our technology department stay well planned and in control. This will involve a whole range of things, from administration of our succession and skills registers to support our licence to operate declaration, through to maintaining a clear view of our key events and creating and analysing departmental performance reports to help drive our improvement plans. You’ll lead on the creation of content for departmental comms and engagement meetings and apply governance to all our standby and call out rota’s.

For the role, you'll be based at our Severn Trent Centre Head Office in Coventry. You’ll work within our dedicated team who are ensuring that our Technology function is on track. With this being such a critical role, we’re looking for someone who can join us 37 hours a week, working Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

Lead on planning and performance activities to ensure Technology remains well planned and in control. Administer succession and skills registers and support licence to operate declarations. Maintain a clear view of key events and create/analyse departmental performance reports to drive improvement plans. Create content for departmental communications and engagement meetings. Apply governance to standby and call-out rotas.
