Qualifications

• Open to all planning backgrounds including Housebuilder, Local Authority or Planning Consultancy.
• Suitable for an established Planning Manager or a Planner seeking progression.

Responsibilities

• Appointment and coordination of external planning consultants on applications and appeals.
• Preparation, management and submission of planning applications.
• Managing planning conditions, amendments and compliance.
• Supporting the land team with appraisals and due diligence.
• Conducting comprehensive site assessments.
• Overseeing s106 agreements and contributing to project management.

Skills

Planning-related degree (RTPI accredited preferred)

Strong working knowledge of planning policy and application processes

Excellent communication skills

Strong organisational skills

Ability to work accurately under pressure

Full UK driving licence
