Job summary

A dynamic planning consultancy is seeking a Planner, Senior Planner, or Planning Manager to join their team in Hampshire. This role involves managing the planning process from site inception to the receipt of planning permissions, primarily on residential developments. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in a Planning Consultancy or Local Authority, along with strong communication and negotiation skills. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Planner or above.
• Strong understanding of the UK planning system and approval processes.
• Experience presenting to the public and committee members.

Responsibilities

• Compile planning applications and conditions for submission.
• Manage the submission of planning applications.
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders.
• Attend Planning Committee and Public Consultation meetings.
