Planning Manager | Specialist Fit Out Contractor

£100,000 - £115,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Strong Benefits Package

We are partnering with a market leading Fit Out contractor who are looking to appoint a Planning Manager to oversee and manage a small team of Planners working on a range of Commercial, Retail & Healthcare Fit Out & Refurb projects, up to the value of £70m in London.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a small team of Planners on Commercial, Retail & Healthcare Fit Out & Refurb projects up to £70m in London.
• Coordinate and drive planning activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to maintain schedules and resolve conflicts.

Qualifications

• Proficient in ASTA Powerproject.
• Familiar with JCT Contracts.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A degree in engineering or construction is not essential.
