Key Requirements:

• Planning qualification, or similar
• MRTPI or soon to submit
• Ideally, experience as a Planning Manager with another housebuilder or developer, however strong residential consultancy experience will also be considered.
• Ambitious, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Strong communication skills
