A UK community college seeks a Planning and Business Improvement Analyst to develop and lead a new Service Hub. This is a fixed-term role until July 2026. You'll design user-friendly systems, optimize digital workflows, run discovery sessions to improve services, and support staff in adopting new tools. The ideal candidate has strong digital expertise and a customer-focused mindset. Competitive salary between £39,962 and £46,663 per annum offered, along with excellent benefits.

Our College is a further and higher education institution dedicated to providing academic, vocational, and professional qualifications to approximately 13,000 young people and adults annually. This is a fixed term temporary role until 31st July 2026.
This is a specialist role within the Planning, Research & Systems Improvement Team with a core focus on developing and leading the College's new Service Hub - a digital platform providing a single point of access for professional services requests, workflows and support.
The post holder will design and deliver practical, user-friendly systems and processes that improve how services are accessed and managed across the College. By combining digital expertise, process analysis, and a customer service mindset, role will make it easier for staff to get the help they need, when they need it - while generating insights that drive operational improvement and enhance the student and staff experience.

As the successful candidate, you will be offered a salary of between £39,962- £46,663 per annum based upon a combination of the skills, knowledge and experience that you can bring to the role.
