Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Resourcing Coordinator to join our dynamic logistics team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the recruitment process, supporting lead generation and fostering relationships with potential candidates. You will also be responsible for planning our Fleet of vans and their routes. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a fast-paced environment.

Duties
  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Engage in lead generation activities to attract top talent through various channels including social media management and job boards.
  • Organising and planning of our fleet of vans across the Yorkshire region.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a recruiting role is preferred.
  • Proven experience in the planning of commercial vehicles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
  • Excellent organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability in a changing environment.
