Planner / Administrator (Plumbing & Heating)
Location: Uxbridge (Onsite)
Hours: Monday Friday, 07 30
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum (Apply online only) + Holidays + Company Pension


About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised Planner / Administrator to join our Plumbing & Heating team in Uxbridge. This role is ideal for someone with strong administration and stock control skills who can coordinate daily operations, support engineers, and ensure efficient planning of jobs and resources. Plumbing or heating industry experience would be highly advantageous.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and schedule work for engineers, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently

  • Manage stock levels, order materials, and liaise with suppliers

  • Handle job administration, including raising purchase orders and updating systems

  • Monitor job progress, ensuring deadlines and SLAs are met

  • Act as the first point of contact for engineers and clients regarding scheduling

  • Maintain accurate records of stock, deliveries, and job completions

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team


Skills & Experience Required


  • Proven experience in administration, planning, or stock control

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • Good IT skills (MS Office, scheduling software experience desirable)

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

  • Plumbing / heating industry knowledge or hands-on experience (advantageous but not essential)
