A leading Educational and Training company in Gosport seeks a Training Delivery Instructor - Pipe fitter Engineering. The successful candidate will mentor the next generation of Royal Navy engineers, delivering training on copper smithing techniques and supporting trainee development. Candidates should possess a Level 3 Technical Certificate and practical Pipe fitter skills. This full-time position offers a salary of £40k per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum Level 3 Technical Certificate in an Engineering discipline.
• Proficient in IT usage within the workplace.
• Competent practical Copper smith/Pipe fitter hand skills.
• Proven experience in workshop/industry principles.
• Level 4 Teaching Qualification or equivalent is desirable.
• Previous instructional experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Royal Navy engineers leveraging your professional experience.
• Support delivery of training in Coppersmith/Pipefitter skills.
• Teach fitting pipework from drawings and brazing techniques.
• Maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Support trainee development through assessment and feedback.
• Update training materials and improve delivery methods.
• Ensure compliance with KPIs, SLAs, and safety standards.
