We are now looking for a Physiotherapy Recruitment Consultant

Whats expected of you :
  • Excellent communication skills the ideal candidate is able to manage and communicate information clearly and concisely across the company and to external organisations verbal with strong telephone and keyboard skills
  • The ability to work quickly accurately and consistently under pressure
  • Self-motivated / Driven Personality
  • Organised and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to build rapport and gain trust
  • Excellent written and verbal English Skills;
  • Ability to communicate across the multi-disciplinary spectrum
  • You will require recruitment experience of a minimum 3 months either in healthcare (which is a bonus) or other sectors.
About the role...
  • Youll play an integral part in growing the division by growing your network of medical professionals via LinkedIn and other networking platforms and job boards within your specialist sector
  • Business Development (Cold Calling Clients to enquire about vacancies you can fill)
  • Resource relevant applicants for roles through CV Screening and meeting them face to face
  • Always provide a responsive and professional service as well as ensuring confidentiality to our candidates
