A leading healthcare organization in Wolverhampton seeks a motivated Pharmacy Technician to join its Radiopharmacy team. The role involves preparing and performing quality control on radiopharmaceuticals and contributing to the commissioning of a new facility. Candidates must show evidence of registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council and have a passion for developing their career in a supportive environment. Full training will be provided. The position offers a salary between £27,485 and £30,162 per annum, and it is a full-time permanent role.
The post holder will work in the Radiopharmacy section of the Medical Physics and Clinical Engineering and will prepare Radiopharmaceuticals for diagnostic and therapeutic purposes.
This is a very exciting time for the Radiopharmacy team as we are about to hand over a brand new state‑of‑the‑art Radiopharmacy aseptic facility.
The successful candidate’s main duties will initially involve performing the various quality control procedures required to enable the new facility to gain a Manufacturing Specials Licence granted by the MHRA.
Main Hours of Work are currently 06:30 to 14:30, Monday to Friday.

Previous experience of working in an aseptic environment would be advantageous; full training and support relevant to your level of experience will be provided.
