Overview

Position: Pharmacy Manager (Full Time / Permanent)

Location: 15 Kings Road, Whitehead, Carrickfergus BT38 9PU.

This is an excellent opportunity to join Northern Ireland's largest Independent Pharmacy chain within a busy community pharmacy.

This position is full time and permanent, working five days per week. Applicants must be available to work Monday – Saturday as per store opening hours outlined below.

Store Opening Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am – 5.45pm; Saturday 9.00am – 1.00pm

The successful candidate will be required to consistently provide exceptional high levels of patient care and develop the business within the local community.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service and patient care.
  • Lead and manage store operations to ensure high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Develop the business within the local community and deliver professional services, SPPG-commissioned and private.
  • Work proactively to implement available professional services and initiatives.
Essential Requirements
  • Qualified pharmacist registered with PSNI (Pharmaceutical Society of Northern Ireland).
  • Degree in Pharmacy – BPharm or MPharm.
  • Proficient in pharmacy computer systems and Microsoft applications.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of changes within pharmacy and pharmacy services.
  • Eligible to work in the UK.
  • Proactive in delivering available professional services, SPPG-commissioned and private.
  • Enthusiastic with excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
Desirable Requirements
  • Previous experience within Community Pharmacy.
  • Previous Management Experience.
  • Experience completing pharmacy-related projects.
