Overview

An excellent opportunity has become available for a motivated, committed, adaptable individual with an interest in working in Pharmacy. We require a dependable, motivated, hardworking and efficient person to join our pharmacy team.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Support the team with the supply of medicines throughout the hospital.
  • Be flexible, committed and a good team player with effective communication skills.
  • Participate in weekend, bank holiday and late night rotas as required.
Training and Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services (to be completed).
Location and Logistics
  • Base Location: Royal Bournemouth Hospital & Poole Hospital.
  • Transport links are excellent, with Bournemouth International Airport, cross-channel ferry terminals at Poole and direct train access to London.
  • Staff may be required to work flexibly across Trust sites as service demands require.
Progression

After one year of hospital experience and on completion of NVQ 2 you will be eligible to move to a Band 3 Pharmacy Assistant post.
