Due to continued growth, we are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing Associate who will support the day‑to‑day execution of our marketing strategy and assist in delivering our corporate communications plan.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Commercial Director and Marketing Manager to operationalise the marketing plans across Colonis' product portfolio.
  • Manage agency partners and internal stakeholders to ensure high‑quality, compliant materials are developed, produced and distributed.
  • Support the launch planning process for new products and lifecycle management initiatives for existing assets.
  • Develop and deliver marketing content and campaigns aligned with strategic objectives, ensuring timely rollout across internal teams, partners, and relevant markets.
  • Support the creation of on‑brand marketing content across the available marketing channels.
  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns and event strategies.
  • Manage logistics for global events (CPHi , Trade shows, congress).
  • Support the development and management of the website and social media presence.
  • Working with Colonis' PR agency, lead the execution of the corporate communications plan, ensuring alignment with Colonis' brand voice, values, and external positioning.
  • Ensure all external communications are appropriately reviewed, approved, and disseminated through the appropriate channels and meet objectives.
  • Collaborate across Regulatory, Medical, Business Development, and Commercial functions to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging.
  • Partner with key internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and ensure campaigns are effective and targeted.
  • Support preparation of internal and external presentations, including investor and partner meetings where relevant.
  • Support the organisation and execution of team offsites, workshops, and strategic planning sessions.
Requirements:
  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2-4 years' experience in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
  • Experience with Veeva PromoMats.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and a creative mindset.
  • Organised, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with guidance and support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with digital marketing platforms is a plus.
