Job summary

A leading facilities management firm is seeking an experienced professional to manage FM services focusing on PFI/PPP contracts. The role requires compliance with agreements, effective team management, and strong organisational skills. Ideal candidates should possess industry-relevant qualifications, prior PFI/PPP sector experience, and familiarity with NHS/Education environments. This position provides the opportunity to engage in innovative projects and foster long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience within the PFI/PPP sector.
  • Experience of working within an NHS/Education environment.
  • Previous experience of developing operational plans for PFI/PPP contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the delivery of FM services to the contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with the Project Agreement and FM Agreement.
  • Monitor performance and provide reports to clients.
