Models Available

• Full Rent – Fully Independent

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage your own Personal Training business within the club
• Deliver exceptional 1‑to‑1 coaching focused on results
• Convert member conversations into paying clients
• (Optional) Deliver small‑group training sessions
• Represent Jetts with professionalism, energy and positivity
• Support our community in becoming stronger, healthier and more confident

About You

• REPs / CIMSPA Level 3 (minimum)
• Valid public liability insurance
• Confident coaching both 1‑to‑1 and in small‑group settings
• Entrepreneurial and proactive with the drive to self‑market
• Skilled at building rapport, trust and long‑term client relationships
• Professional, energetic, approachable and results‑focused
• Social media confident (preferred not essential)
• Based within an easy commute of the club
