Our client is seeking motivated individuals to join their Personal Insurance team in Jersey. This full-time role offers hands-on experience, full training, and a clear path to professional qualifications, all while delivering excellent service to clients.

Job Duties
  • Provide professional, helpful advice to clients - in person, by phone, and by email
  • Quote for new policies and make changes to existing coverage
  • Handle client documentation with care and accuracy
  • Build trusted relationships that encourage loyalty and satisfaction
  • Support the team in meeting targets
  • Cross-sell additional products and services that may benefit the client
  • Follow company procedures and regulatory standards at all times
Job Requirements
  • A willingness to learn and a professional attitude
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
