Personal Injury Solicitor - Sussex

Personal Injury Solicitor (5+ PQE) Excellent regional firm - Hybrid

We are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor (5+ years PQE) to join a reputable and expanding personal injury team.

In this role, you'll manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including RTA / EL / PL and a some Clinical Negligence matters

You will be working closely with a highly regarded partner, recognised as one of the leading personal injury lawyers in the South East.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Running your own caseload of personal injury files from instruction to settlement
  • Handling fast- and multi-track cases
  • Assisting with occasional clinical negligence claims
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the department
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in personal injury law
  • Strong technical knowledge across PI claims, including RTA
  • Experience or interest in clinical negligence work
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Comfortable using case management systems and working in a modern, paperless environment
