Responsibilities


  • Managing caseloads independently, drafting legal documents including MOJ Portal submissions, witness statements, schedules of loss, and client correspondence.

  • Maintain high standards of client service, deliver timely and accurate legal advice, and achieve performance targets in line with the firm’s procedures and service expectations.

  • This role is ideal for solicitors with 3 - 7 years\' PQE and a solid litigation background. The ideal candidate will have experience in EL and PL cases.

  • This role requires excellent communication abilities, a commitment to upholding exceptional client care standards, and a passion for Personal Injury law.
