Qualifications

  • Motor or PI claims handling experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage caseloads effectively.
  • Comfortable working with computer systems and different departments.
  • CII qualification or willingness to work towards it (fully supported).
  • Minimum Grade C in English and Maths (or equivalent).

About the Role: Personal Injury Claims Handler. You\'ll handle a varied caseload of Personal Injury and Motor Claims (including Third-Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage), managing claims from first notification through to settlement. The role involves investigating liability, liaising with solicitors and insurers, and handling more complex files such as high-value or disputed cases.
