A leading educational institution in England seeks an Executive Administrator for its Sustainability Team. This role involves providing administrative support, coordinating meetings, and managing budgets related to sustainability projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in executive administration, excellent organizational skills, and understanding of sustainability principles. You will play a key part in helping to coordinate the activities of the Director of Sustainability & Space, and the team, providing admin support to the Director including the management of diaries, coordinating meetings, minuting Committees.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a Personal/Executive Administration role – with a proven record in written and oral communications, data management and good organisational skills. You should be able to manage a high workload competently and effectively, and will also need to be comfortable handling sensitive information. Given the project focus, you should have proven experience of administering and delivering projects, and an understanding of sustainability and how this can support higher education institutes is desirable.
