Overview

You will play a key part in helping to coordinate the activities of the Director of Sustainability & Space, and the team, providing admin support to the Director including the management of diaries, coordinating meetings, minuting Committees.

Responsibilities
  • administration of the Sustainability Management System – coordination and oversight of key templates and registers
  • coordination of the annual submission to the higher education sustainability ranking schemes
  • oversight of the team policies and the team diary
  • project management of specific projects related to the Sustainability Plan
  • day-to-day management of the team's budgets
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience in a Personal/Executive Administration role – with a proven record in written and oral communications, data management and good organisational skills. You should be able to manage a high workload competently and effectively, and will also need to be comfortable handling sensitive information. Given the project focus, you should have proven experience of administering and delivering projects, and an understanding of sustainability and how this can support higher education institutes is desirable.
