We are building a team to support a client who lives independently in their own home and requires support with personal care, moving & assisting and social support. The team will provide consistency and continuity of care to our client and support them to achieve a range of outcomes; you will be central to their daily life with the objective of enriching and improving their independence.

Responsibilities

• Support with personal care, moving & assisting and social support for an individual living independently at home.
• Provide consistency and continuity of care to the client to help achieve a range of outcomes.
• Become a trusted part of the client’s daily life, helping to enrich and improve their independence.

Shift pattern

• Mon / Wed / Fri / Sat 09:30 - 17:00
• Tue / Thu / Sun 09:30 - 15:45

Qualifications

• At least 1 year care experience.
• Compassionate and reliable with a passion for supporting people.
• Good communicator who can easily build relationships with others.
• Someone who wants to make a positive difference to the life of someone older in their local community.
