Personal Assistant to Managing Director

Location: Liskeard
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Pay: £13 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent after 12 weeks. Pay every Friday for the first 12 weeks.

We are seeking an organised and reliable Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director at our Liskeard office. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Managing phone calls with confidence and professionalism
  • Handling correspondence, emails, and scheduling

Essential Requirements
  • Full, valid driving licence
  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proven administrative experience
  • Personal Assistant experience desirable but not essential
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
