Job Purpose: We have a position for an experienced Personal Assistant to help look after my wife, who has Parkinsons and Dementia and can have good days and bad. She is at high risk of falls and injury, which makes her feel unsafe and anxious.
Location: Hunstanton, PE36

Essential: Flexible and patient. Professional and empathetic.
Desirable: Experience of looking after someone with Parkinsons and Dementia.
Summary terms and conditions:
· The rate of pay for this position is £15 per hour.
· Hours and times of work: 14 hours per week, working pattern would be Monday to Friday. Monday and Thursday would be 4 hours about 08.30 to 12.30 and the other three days at two hours, 09:00 to 11:00.
· The annual holiday entitlement for this position will be equivalent to the work I would normally expect to be done during 5.6 consecutive weeks.
· This position requires the employee to complete the following free annual training: GDPR, Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, COSHH, Manual Handling of Objects, Personal Care.
Post is subject to the following:
· A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer.
· Satisfactory references from two referees, one of which must be your current or last employer.
· Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months.
