Key Responsibilities
  • Organise travel, including booking hotels and flights and managing expenses.
  • Diary management.
  • Plan and organise events and conferences.
  • Undertake research on new business projects or ventures.
  • Act as reliable point of liaison and communication for the MD.
  • Review and summarise business reports and documents.
  • Provide administrative support, including creating presentations, planning meetings and preparation.
  • Prepare for business meetings with clients.
  • Handle day‑to‑day office management, Health and Safety ownership, manage office contracts and deal with maintenance as required.
