The shift pattern for this post is Monday to Friday.
Medical Specialties, Endoscopy and Gastroenterology within Acute Services at NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde provides a wide range of clinical and administrative support to ensure the effective delivery of patient care. The department is a dynamic and supportive environment, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services across the North sector.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Management Team and Clinical Directors (CD’s) within Medical Specialties, Endoscopy and Gastroenterology. This is a key role, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations and enabling the Management Team and CDs to focus on clinical and strategic priorities.
You will have the opportunity to work in a supportive team, develop your skills in a large and complex organisation, and gain exposure to a wide range of administrative and project work.
