Overview

Support Tilly, a 14-year-old who loves sports, games, and active days out. Join in with football, basketball, and family trips (e.g., theme parks, community outings).

Responsibilities

• Provide calm, consistent support — Tilly is non-verbal and uses picture prompts; support communication and processing time.
• Help manage challenging behaviours with patience and firmness.
• Support independence and confidence through fun activities.

Qualifications

• Energetic, reliable, and supportive PA.
• Able to give Tilly time and space to process communication.
• Comfortable around pets (dog and cats at home; dog can be kept separate if needed).
• Ideally a driver, to enable outings in the community.
