A leading housing association in the Greater London area is seeking a Personal Assistant to support two directors. Responsibilities include complex diary and inbox management, organizing travel and events, and maintaining efficient communication with various stakeholders. This role requires at least 2 years of experience at the Director level, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Office applications. The position offers a hybrid working model with a salary range of £35,951 to £39,531 based on experience.
Title: Personal Assistant to the Partnerships Director NW and Director of Governance and Accountability
Contract Type: 12 month FTC Full Time 35 Hours
Salary: £35,951 per annum to £39,531 per annum (London weighted salary) or £32,188 per annum to £35,953 per annum (Regional salary) dependent on experience.
Grade: 7
Persona: Agile Worker: 20% - 40% of contractual hours to be worked from reporting office/working location (hybrid working)
Reporting Office: London Stratford or Manchester Trafford
Working Location: London and Manchester offices; travel between offices will be required.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00
