Job description
Overview

Project detail and potential need for a Personal Assistant to support business tasks. Initial engagement may start around 20 hours per month, with potential to increase. The scorecard tasks must be started after 12pm on Friday and finished by 7am Monday morning and typically take 1.5 to 2 hours. The applicant will have a conversation to discuss services and suitability before starting.

Responsibilities
  • PK Quiz user applicants: sending this out to relevant officers
  • Registrations through the website: compiling weekly and sending out to offices
  • Recommend a Friend: handle weekly activity, including writing a thank-you email and ordering vouchers
  • Ordering prizes / gifts / birthday cards: manage orders (time-consuming portion)
  • Scorecard: complete all parts in Excel
  • Proofreading: newsletters / documents produced
  • Creating / finalising PowerPoints: cycles 3–4 times per year
  • Knocking up candidate stats: approximately weekly, about 20 minutes
  • Admin for Sharon (Newcastle): posting 3 jobs per week and adding candidates to candidate automation
  • Social Media: manage LinkedIn / social media accounts and engage with PK content
  • Cleaning up Karl’s emails: deleting/unsubscribing unnecessary items daily
