Personal Assistant to Managing Director & Senior Leadership Team

We are recruiting an experienced Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to a Managing Director and wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT) within a complex, fast-paced organisation.

This is a trusted, senior PA role requiring exceptional diary management, travel coordination, and the confidence to work closely with executive stakeholders while handling sensitive and confidential information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full PA support to the Managing Director, plus administrative support to the SLT
  • Complex diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
  • Booking and managing UK and international travel, itineraries and logistics
  • Inbox management, drafting correspondence and preparing documents
  • Coordinating meetings, producing agendas, recording actions and follow-ups
  • Preparing presentations and reports using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Managing confidential information with absolute discretion
Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting MD / CEO / SLT
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident managing multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Professional communication skills, written and verbal
  • Comfortable working autonomously in a senior, professional environment
