A local support services provider in Folkestone is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to support adults with mental health and learning disabilities. In this role, you will assist service users in daily activities and appointments, help them achieve their personal goals, and foster independence. Full time/ Part time positions are available supporting adults with Mental Health & Learning Disabilities across our supported living units, working alongside our friendly team.
Your job as a Personal Assistant is to ensure our Service Users lead valued and fulfilling lives, helping them to reach their potential and achieve to the best of their ability. Being a Support Worker with us means you may be helping our service users on a 24 hours basis.
We are looking for experienced support workers, with can do attitudes and good values. You will work together with people’s family, friends and the professionals who get involved in their lives. Together you will support the person to enable them to live independently and achieve their ambitions.
Previous experience & Level 3 preferred but training will be provided for the right candidate. All applications will be subject to DBS checks and references.
