Qualifications

• RGN or RMN with experience in a care home setting caring for older people.
• Must have an active UK NMC PIN.
• Clear DBS and 2 satisfactory references required.

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor patient health through exams and medical histories.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns.
