Hours: Office based but with some flexibility, especially when principals are traveling

About The Role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly professional and experienced Executive Assistant / Lifestyle Manager to join a prestigious family office. Reporting directly to the C‑suite, you will support the principals in managing their complex lifestyle, travel arrangements, and high‑level personal needs. This is not a traditional diary management role, but rather an integral position that requires meticulous attention to detail, emotional intelligence, and a deep understanding of UHNW (Ultra High Net Worth) demands. The family places great importance on family values and seeks a warm, supportive, and discreet individual who thrives under pressure and can anticipate the needs of the principals and their household. You will work closely with the other team members, including the principals’ individual EAs, and the household staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complex Travel Arrangements: Organising all aspects of the family's travel, including private jet bookings, luxury accommodation, and coordinating complex itineraries.
  • Event Management: Overseeing event planning for family gatherings, both at home and externally.
  • Lifestyle Management: Handling the logistics of the principals' lifestyle, from coordinating holidays and household needs to sourcing niche providers.
  • Liaising with Household Staff: While you will not manage household staff directly, you will work closely with the house manager to ensure seamless coordination of needs and operations.
  • Research & Coordination: High levels of research, including sourcing suppliers, venues, and services that meet the family's exacting standards.
About You
  • Emotional Intelligence: Calm, stable, and warm personality that thrives in high-pressure environments.
  • Discreet & Trustworthy: Confidentiality and discretion are paramount; you must be comfortable working with extremely high-profile clients.
  • Solutions-Oriented: Proactive with an exceptional ability to anticipate and solve problems efficiently and effectively.
  • Experience & Network: Well-established with a strong network of contacts in travel, events, and high-net-worth services.
  • Family-Focused Values: Empathetic and aligned with the principals' strong family values, ensuring a positive and supportive environment for all involved.
  • Flexibility & Adaptability: Willing to be flexible with hours and location, particularly when the family is traveling.
What To Expect
  • Competitive salary package with benefits and performance-based bonus.
  • The chance to work within an exclusive, family-focused environment with high expectations and the opportunity to showcase your exceptional organisational and lifestyle management skills.
How To Apply

If you are an experienced Executive Assistant with a background in managing the lifestyle needs of UHNW families and possess the necessary emotional intelligence, discretion, and expertise, please submit your CV and cover letter outlining your relevant experience and suitability for the role.
