Permanent Practice Nurse – Derby

Salary: £35,000 per annum (negotiable, dependant on experience). Start: ASAP.

We are working with a modern GP practice in Derby who are currently looking for a full‑time Practice Nurse to start ASAP. The role involves collaborating with GPs, nurses and healthcare assistants.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, caring for patients presenting with undifferentiated health problems.
• Administer child and adult immunisations.
• Perform cervical cytology, diabetes, asthma and COPD monitoring, family planning services.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of QOF, Enhanced Services and clinical updates, including immunisations and vaccinations.
