Position: Band 7, Full Time and Part Time

About the Role

Our client, a healthcare provider established in 1904 with a recent £27m development, is seeking a Pre-Assessment Clinical Nurse Specialist to join their dynamic nursing team. The role involves working within safe COVID pathways across six operating theatres covering specialties such as Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, and Cardiology. The successful candidate will work alongside top consultants, enhancing their skills and expertise.

Responsibilities
  1. Provide exemplary planned patient care while managing a team.
  2. Deliver effective patient care through clinical and managerial leadership.
  3. Assess and develop practice in health and well-being needs.
  4. Handle complex and sensitive information appropriately.
  5. Contribute to service development and quality improvement.

Candidate Requirements
