A leading health and social care organisation in the UK is seeking a dedicated individual to provide wellbeing checks for Dads & Partners during the perinatal period. This role involves conducting one-on-one conversations and supporting partners in identifying their needs. Strong communication skills and personal experience in the perinatal period are essential. Travel across the Cambridge and Ely areas is required, fostering meaningful community connections to ensure partners feel valued and heard throughout their loved one's journey.
Drawing on your own lived experience of supporting a loved one through the perinatal period, you will carry out wellbeing checks with Dads & Partners, helping signpost and ensure Dads & Partners feel heard and valued during this key period. You will work closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure Dads & Partners are included in the care pathway and their vital role is recognised.
This post is based in the South of the county covering Cambridge, Ely and surrounding areas. A second position is available in the North of the county covering Peterborough, Huntingdon, Fenland and surrounding areas.
