A local council in Ipswich is seeking a qualified individual to lead projects and manage the helpdesk for their CRM systems. This hybrid role requires proficiency in NEC Housing and NEC Assure, along with knowledge of various IT applications including SQL and Power BI. The successful candidate will be organized and possess strong communication skills. This is a job you can really get your teeth into. No two days are ever the same. Leading on projects and manning the customer helpdesk to ensure the smooth running of IBC systems.
With your extensive knowledge of NEC Housing including Rents & Estates AND/OR NEC Assure (including the transition from M3 to Assure) you will maintain and develop the Housing and Public Protection CRM system and customer portals within IBC.
You will need working knowledge of a broad range of IT and web based applications including SQL, Power BI, Business Objects, Crystal Reporting. With excellent MS skills (including advanced Excel). An understanding of form building software, together with a working knowledge of the process mapping of activities and knowledge of how technology or changes in a process can be used to deliver improvements.

Hours of work are 37 per week, Monday to Friday.
This is a hybrid working role (a minimum of 2 days per week working in the office).
