A leading financial services organization in the United Kingdom seeks a strategic People Partner in Insurance, Pensions & Investments to drive organizational change and talent management. This pivotal role requires a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing evidence-based advice and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive strategic HR experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex environments to support high-performing teams aiming for long-term success.
We're offering an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role within our People Partnering team for Insurance, Pensions & Investments (IP&I). As a commercially minded and forward-thinking People Partner, you'll work in true partnership with senior executive leaders to influence strategy, shape culture and enable high performing, inclusive teams across a business central to the Group's growth agenda. You'll thrive in a high-performance, people-centred culture where accountability matters, simplicity drives impact, and strong relationships enable the business to move with clarity and pace. You'll bring a strategic lens to people priorities, translating business ambition into practical, outcome-focused people solutions that support long-term organisational success. A typical day is anything but typical. You'll span the full colleague lifecycle, applying commercial insight and strategic thinking to areas such as workforce planning, organisational design, talent strategy, reward, culture, and inclusion. You'll cut through complexity to deliver simple, effective solutions; hold yourself and others to account and create the conditions for teams to perform at their best. This is a role for someone who can connect the dots, see what's ahead, and influence leaders to make people-centred decisions that drive sustainable performance, enabling our business to deliver, inclusively, confidently, and at pace.
Our focus is to ensure we're inclusive every day, building an organisation that reflects modern society and celebrates diversity in all its forms. We're committed to creating a consciously inclusive workplace where our colleagues can be themselves, thrive and perform at their best. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative. As an inclusive employer, we offer Workplace Adjustments for colleagues with a disability (which may include long-term health and neurodivergent conditions) where it is reasonable to do so. This could include flexibility with regards to office attendance, location, and working pattern. We also provide adjustments that are reasonable throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers for applicants with a disability, long-term health condition or neurodivergent condition. If you'd like an adjustment to the recruitment process just let us know. Join us and be part of our ambitious journey to craft the future of HR and deliver world-class experiences to our colleagues and customers!
