The People Operations Partner - HRIS & Automation is a member of the People Operations (POps) team, performing core POps functions with a focus on automation initiatives and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) management. This role collaborates closely with business leaders to align priorities and strategies with organisational goals to transform people processes and enhance workplace efficiency throughout the POps tech stack (digital systems).
We are currently seeking candidates located in France, Canada, or the United Kingdom; we are a remote‑first company, with the option to work from one of our offices if desired (Montreal, Canada / Cambridge, UK).
