Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver all core People Operations across the UK & Ireland.
  • Manage payroll operations for the UK and Ireland.
  • Produce key People reports and dashboards.

Skills

Experience in a People Operations or HR Generalist role
Hands-on expertise in onboarding and off-boarding
Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems
Strong understanding of UK employment law
Ability to partner and influence stakeholders
