A UK educational institution is seeking a proactive People Operations Assistant to join its HR team. This varied role involves supporting recruitment processes, preparing HR documents, and maintaining compliance records. The successful candidate will possess Level 2 education, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage deadlines in a busy environment. This full-time position offers a salary between £25,458 and £26,290 per annum with fixed-term contract until July 2026.

We're looking for a proactive People Operations Assistant to join our dynamic Human Resources team and help us deliver an outstanding service across the college.

Salary: £25,458 - £26,290 per annum
Contract Type: Fixed Term (until 31/07/26)
Working hours: 37 hours per week
Working pattern: Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours / Friday 7 hours
Weeks per annum: 52 weeks
