A respected financial services firm in Glasgow is seeking a People Support Coordinator to enhance the employee experience during the HR lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have HR experience, strong organisational skills, and be proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office. You will collaborate with various HR teams to ensure smooth processes and data accuracy. This role offers flexibility with one day a week in-office and remote work options.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an HR or people operations role.
  • Confident communicator with a collaborative approach.
  • Comfortable working with confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Managing day-to-day HR queries and ensuring timely, accurate responses.
  • Maintaining and updating HR systems in line with business and payroll deadlines.
  • Supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle — onboarding, internal changes, and leavers.
  • Collaborating with HR teams across Talent, ER, Reward, and Payroll.
  • Contributing to process improvements and HR reporting.
