You will be responsible for the LMS administration, troubleshooting issues, and creating digital content. The ideal candidate possesses strong skills in eLearning tools like Articulate and has excellent communication abilities. A passion for training and development along with the ability to travel within the UK is essential for this role.

The purpose of the role:
The Training Content & LMS Coordinator will be responsible from programme application to end user elements of the Learning management system (LMS) and that it runs seamlessly for the business
A motivated and dynamic individual with a passion for supporting team members and managers to learn and professionally develop through effective and engaging learning material.
The Training Content & LMS Coordinator role supports the Head of People Development and People Development Manager, to design training materials to support development programmes and career pathways.
