A leading law firm in Bristol seeks a People Development Advisor to manage apprenticeship programs and employee relations. You will be responsible for recruitment, training, and development, contributing to a supportive environment focused on personal growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in Learning and Development, employee relations, and a strong knowledge of employee qualification routes. Reporting directly to the L&D Manager, with a dotted line to the ER Manager, you will be responsible for managing our apprenticeship and trainee programmes through the full employee life cycle. This will include assisting in the recruitment process to ensuring an effective induction, tailored learning plans and managing the probation and performance process. This role is a mix of L&D; projects and ER. You will also be or become an expert in routes to qualification in the legal sector.
As a team we offer tons of support and plenty of opportunities for personal and professional development. We are looking for people with enthusiasm, experience in L&D and ER or managing apprenticeships and a keen interest in employee experience and engagement.
You will be part of a wider People Services team made up of Talent Acquisition and Resourcing, People Operations, Employee Relations and Business Partnering and will work in a large (c.500 employees) law firm based in Bristol.
