This is a role for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business - someone who thrives on trusted relationships, meaningful employee engagement, and making people processes work in practice, not just on paper. You'll be the first point of contact for managers, supporting ER matters, advising on the employee lifecycle, shaping culture, and helping leaders bring out the best in their teams.
You'll work 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start and finish times that allow you to balance professional impact with personal commitments - a rare combination in a large-scale operational environment.
